Design Engineering, Inc.™ is one of the foremost suppliers of thermal tuning product featuring products for racers, street performance enthusiasts, and hobbyists alike. In addition to supplying the performance aftermarket with thermal tuning products, Design Engineering serves the needs of the powersports, marine, industrial and commercial industry markets the world over.
As Design Engineering entered it’s second decade of business, and to keep pace with it’s growth, a new larger facility was acquired offering four acres for future expansion. Immediately upon relocating, major renovation projects of both the exterior and interior began. Manufacturing and warehouse operations were expanded. A state-of-the-art Research and Development department was added as well as additional office space. These facility improvements expanded manufacturing capabilities, warehouse space for increased on-shelf inventory and just as importantly enabled Design Engineering to react quickly to customer and industry requirements without skipping a beat.
Design Engineering, Inc. finds itself poised for additional growth and the continual demands of it’s customers. In 2003 Design Engineering was honored with the Best New Performance-Racing Product award from SEMA in recognition of outstanding and innovative design achievement for its cryogenic intake system — CryO2™. Design Engineering will continue to explore areas and methods of identifying new product opportunities and manufacturing processes to rapidly bring new products to the market.

CryO2, our award-winning cryogenic intake systems have been revolutionalry. The innovation doesn't stop there as Ny-Trex, our nitrous oxide line recently debuted its own unique tri-valve solenoid combining n2o, purge, and fuel into one with much critical acclaim! DEI also offers Boom Mat acoustical insulation and sound deadening products, Radiator Relief performance additives and a newly announced line of turbo products from SPA Turbo USA.
