CryO2 System & Components

The CryO2 System is a revolutionary and award-wining performance product designed to reduce the air intake temperatures in the air/fuel charge. The result is a power creating alternative that is safer and cheaper to refill than nitrous.

Through the science of aerodynamics and cryogenics, DEI has developed a system that harnesses the cryogenic properties of liquid Co2 to lower the air/fuel intake charge by up to 60%. The best part is that it is completely safe and unlike nitrous, CryO2 does not inject anything into your motor!

CryO2 Tank and Installation Kit

The foundation to every CryO2 System. Must have this kit to utilize CryO2 components.

CryO2 Cryogenic Air Intake

The CryO2 Air Intake segments mount right in the air stream using silicone sleeves. They consists of an aerodynamically designed bulb with a cryogenic chamber which is mounted in a 4" segment of air tube.

CryO2 Intercooler Sprayer

The CryO2 Intercooler Sprayer mounts directly to the front of the intercooler or aftercooler and vents the liquid CO2 directly onto the cooling fins, thus enhancing the performance of the intercooler by more than 50%. This component must always be the last in the CryO2 system as it vents the liquid CO2 charge.

CryO2 Purge Systems

Get the Nitrous look without the Nitrous cost. The CryO2 purge system purges CO2 at a fraction of the cost.

CryO2 Cryogenic Fuel Bar

The CryO2 Fuel Bar is a billet aluminum extension to the fuel line with a cryogenic chamber.

CryO2 Adjustable Timer Switch

Our CryO2 Timer Switch allows the user to adjust the on and off durations. Setting the timer accordingly will allow the components to stay cool for long periods of time.

CryO2 Intercooler Water Sprayer

DEI’s CryO2™ Intercooler Water Sprayer Kit was designed to be used by itself or in conjunction with DEI’s CryO2 Intercooler Sprayers as a way to supercool intercoolers.
