New! Titanium Exhaust Wrap
Our new Titanium Exhaust Wrap with LR Technology is constructed from pulverized lava rock, extruded into fibers and then woven into a DEI-spec tight weave. This gives the material titanium-like strength and durability capable of withstanding direct heat up to 1800 degress F and 2500 degrees F of radiant heat.

Titanium Exhaust Wrap's ability to handle more heat means reducing underhood temperatures for a cooler air charge for improved performance and more horsepower! Plus, less heat means less chance of damaging vital engine components.

- Promotes increased exhaust flow for improved performance
- High resistance to chemical & hot oil spills and abrasions
- Reduces the chance of temperature & vibration breakdown vs. glass fiber wrap
- Extremely pliable for an easy install - will not shrink

Comes in 4 sizes: 1" x 50 ft, 1" x 15 ft, 2" x 50 ft and 2" x 15 ft.

Image Spacer Titanium Turbo Shield
Finally an easy to install turbo shield that can handle all the heat and look good doing it. We have utilized the latest technology in fibers to create the Titanium Turbo shield that can handle up to 2000 degrees F! We are offering the shield alone or in a kit that will include a 15' roll of Titanium wrap for the down pipe and all necessary fasteners for a professional clean install. Be sure to check out the review below by one of our test pilots, Dave Buschur. On the dyno the housing temp went from 693 f down to 260 f ! As David said about the Titanium Turbo Shield, "...is flat out SWEET".

Image Spacer It's finally here, Hammer Time. This DEI project bike started as a Victory Hammer and was transformed by Scotty Kietxman and the crew at Conquest Customs in Boca Raton, Florida. It is the first vehicle to demo the brand new DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap but it doesn't end there. This bike has custom carbon fiber fork tube covers and rear fender as well as seat plate. The wheels are powder coated to match the paint. For power we've added a custom set of short pipes, and S&S Intake, MSD Ignition, oh ya and a Ny-Trex Nitrous System with dual tanks mounted on the down tubes. If you go to the link below you'll see it purging at the V-Twin Show in Cinci. To stop this Monster there are Brembos all around with duals on the front.
