"There are plenty of sound-deadening products out there – I know because I’ve used them all! While installing BOOM Mat I was surprised to notice that its consistency hadn’t changed even though I left it outside in the cold and was able to install it just as easily. I ran out and tried to use the other brand Mat which began to crack as I peeled it from it backing! Luckily my parts store stocked plenty of BOOM Mat which cost even less then DynaMat and I finished the job and to this day will not use anything else!" - Todd S, Ohio
